Negotiated and obtained planning consent and building control approval to convert 1200 sq ft of redundant roof space into prime residential space over each of the two central penthouses, overlooking the River at Thames Quay, Chelsea Harbour.
The work includes new cladding and glazing to the facades, with roof lights and the internal fit-out of one of the apartments.
